Jammu – Katra – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi – Pahalgam  – Srinagar – Sonmarg – Sonmarg -Srinagar 

Day – 1 – Jammu – Katra (50 kms./ 2 hrs.)

                    Jammu : The winter capital of the Indian union territory of Jammu and Kashmir is known for its enchanting mountains. On arrival at Jammu Railway Station / Airport meet our tour representative and get transferred to Katra by car via road. It is a 2 hrs. drive from Jammu.

On arrival at Katra, check-in at hotel. Rest for some time. Later wander on the streets of Katra and explore the local bazars. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

•Day – 2 – Katra – Shri Mata Vaishno Devi – Katra

                  Next day, early morning start your spiritual journey to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Holy Cavehailing JAI MATA DI. You can either walk/hier pony/battery operated vehicle/ use helicopter services. For Helicopter services you need to board your helicopter from Karta Helipad which will drop you at  Sanjichhat Helipad. On arrival at Sanjichhat helipad you need to trek (or hier pony ) to Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Holy Cave. It is 2 kms. Away from Sanjichhat Helipad. One can also trek or hier pony from Katra base camp to the Holy Cave. It a 15 kms. trek.

Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji also called as Mata Rani ji resides in the holy cave located in the folds of three peaked mountain named as Trikuta at an altitude of 5200 ft. And it is one of the most popular shaktipeeth in India. The holy cave at Vaishno Devi Temple resides three pindis which symbolizes three forms of Goddess Shakti: Goddess Kali, Goddess Saraswati and Goddess Lakshmi. After seeking the blessing of Mata ji, trek back / return back to your hotel by suitable means. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

•Day – 3 – Katra – Pahalgam(50 kms./ 2 hrs.)

                    After breakfast check-out from hotel and head towards Pahalgam. It is approximately a 10 hrs. drive. En-route visit the very famous Liddar Valley. On arrival at Pahalgam, check-in at hotel and rest for some. After wards step out for local shopping. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

•Day – 4 – Pahalgam (sightseeing)

                    Next morning, after breakfast step out for the local sightseeing at Pahalgam. At first the very famous Aru Valley followed by Betab Valley, Kolahoi Glacier, Mamaleshwar Temple, Chandanwari: The starting point of the holy tour to Shri Baba Amarth Ji and at last Tulian Lake. Return back to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

•Day – 5 – Pahalgam – Srinagar (90 kms. / 3 hrs.)

                   After breakfast, check-out from hotel and get into the car to reach Srinagar. It is 3 hrs. drive from here. En-route visit to Saffron fields and Avantipore ruins (1100 yrs. Old temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu built by King Avantiverma).

On arrival at Srinagar, check-in at hotel/house boat. Rest for some time if needed. Later in the evening take a shikara boat ride in Dal Lake and enjoy the heart warming sunset view along with the scenic beauty. Later return back to hotel/houseboat . Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/ houseboat.

•Day – 6 – Srinagar (sightseeing)

                    After having delicious breakfast, step out for the sightseeing tour of Kashmir to witness it’s mesmerizing beauty. Start your tour by first visiting Mughal Gardens, NishatBagh ( The Garden of Pleasure) followed by Shalimar Bagh (Abode of Love).

Later visit the Shankaracharya Temple located on the top of the Shankaracharya Hill. The temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and is one of the oldest temples in Kashmir. Then visit ChashmeShahi. It is a terrace garden famous for its natural spring known as RupaBhawani. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/ houseboat.

•Day – 7 – Srinagar – Sonmarg (80 kms./ 2:30 hrs.) – Srinagar

                    After breakfast, get transferred to Sonmarg. It is 80 kms. away from Srinagar. Sonmarg is also known as The Meadow of Gold. On arrival at Sonmarg first visit the snow masked Thajewas Glacier which is one of the most enchanting tourist destination in Jammu and Kashmir. Then visit the very famous lakes. At first visit Krishnasar lake. Located at a height of 3800 m it is one of the most mesmerizing lake in Sonmarg. Then visit Vishnasar lake followed by Gadsar lake. After sightseeing return back to Srinagar. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/ houseboat in Srinagar.

•Day – 8 – Srinagar – Gulmarg (50 kms./ 2 hrs.) – Srinagar

                   After breakfast, get into the car and head towards Gulmarg. Gulmarg is also known as The Meadow of Flowers. On arrival visit the  very famous Gulmarg Gondola. It is world’s highest operating cable car at a height of approximately 13000 ft. The view Apharwat peak from the cable car is just out of the world. Then visit Alpather Lake. This destination is an excellent attraction for anyone keen to explore best beauties of Gulmarg. Later visit Lord Shiva Temple which was built by the Dogra dynasty. After sightseeing return back to Srinagar.Dinner and overnight stay at hotel/ houseboat in Srinagar.

•Day – 9 – Srinagar Departure
